Dale Seok-won Yoon worked as a software engineer for 20 years at global companies like Microsoft Corporation in the US and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. in Korea. In 2015, he left Samsung Electronics to create social value and address the diversity problem in the STEM field. He founded Testworks, a social venture specializing in artificial intelligence data processing and software testing. He is currently the CEO, leading a team of 180 employees.
